How does CRS ChipTuning work?
The CRS module connects directly to the fuel pressure sensor on the common rail system using a plug-and-play connector. Depending on the engine, the sensor location may vary, but installation is always clearly described in the instructions.
The module slightly adjusts the sensor signal, allowing the engine to use fuel more efficiently and improve combustion. This results in better torque, stronger acceleration, and a more dynamic driving experience. You can also adjust the power level to match your driving style and needs.
After removing the module, the car automatically returns to factory settings – no permanent changes are made.

Safe for the engine
The module uses the factory power reserves without overloading the engine or affecting its durability. It is designed to work in a safe and controlled way.
Torque – the key to chip tuning
Not only horsepower, but especially torque determines acceleration and driving dynamics. Higher torque improves performance at lower RPM, depending on the engine type and its technical condition.

In TDCi, HDi and D 1.4, 1.5 & 1.6 engines, the installation is more difficult due to limited space in the engine bay and the hard-to-reach position of the fuel pressure sensor on the common rail system. As a result, the installation process may take longer compared to other engines.

1First, locate the common rail and the original connector.
2First, disconnect the original connector from the common rail sensor (fuel pressure sensor).
3Connect one end of the Y-connector to the common rail sensor (fuel pressure sensor).
4Then connect the second chip connector to the original plug to complete the loop connection.
